[rfc-i] Is the rsync server at ftp.rfc-editor.org::internet-drafts being updated?

Thank you for reporting this issue. It has been fixed.

RFCs as well as Internet-Drafts can be rsync'd from rfc-editor.org. The list of available modules is here: 
http://www.rfc-editor.org/rsync-help.html
