<front> now contains <seriesInfo>, and that replace several attributes 
on <rfc>.

It currently is listed as the 8th element in child node order (which is 
significant); for clarity it IMHO should be the first (as it contains 
the RFC number / draft name).

PS: I'm currently implementing this change from v2, and I continue to be 
quite unhappy with it. It affect lots of code with little advantages. 
IMHO. YMMV.
