[rfc-i] xml2rfc issue

hello.

is this the right place to submit issues regarding 
http://xml2rfc.ietf.org/? if not, please direct me to the right place.

if yes, please find attached a problem report regarding the current 
version of the tool (as running on http://xml2rfc.ietf.org/). i 
transformed the attached XML, got the attached HTML, and the attached 
picture clearly shows the rendering problem of the resulting HTML.
