Greetings again. draft-iab-rfc-nonascii says in text that it updates RFC
7322, but the header doesn't say so; it should. For extra points, a
specific list of which way RFC 7322 is being updated would be useful.

Possibly related: the references in draft-iab-rfc-nonascii are not split
into normative and informative, but RFC 7322 is clearly normative if it
is being updated. Lots of the other references are not normative, I
believe.
