The EDU team runs a Sunday tutorial along these lines from time to time*,
and will *obviously* need to launch a program around the the new RFC format
and related tooling, once the RFC Editor tells us a realistic timescale
for doing so. And of course provides speakers and materials (slideware
and short how-to videos).
