[rfc-i] iab-xml2rfc-02: SVG

After reading iab-xml2rfc it gave me the impression that the full SVG
(1.1) could be used.

However draft-svg-rfc uses a *subset* of:

 "Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) Tiny 1.2 Specification"

Full SVG 1.2 spec at:
   https://www.w3.org/TR/SVGTiny12/single-page.html

Perhaps it should mention that the correct <svg> tag should be something
like:

   <svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg"
     version="1.2"
     baseProfile="tiny"
     ...>

And not:
   <svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg"
    version="1.1"
     ...>

The primary difference being the "version" and "baseProfile" values?
