Section 4 of RFC 7996 encourages the use of Accessible Rich Internet Applications (ARIA)  metadata which is great. This would mean the use of the  aria-labelledby aria-describedby attributes in the svg tag. However, theses attributes are forbidden by the schema, which is not so great. 

Perhaps this could be logged somewhere for future updates of 7996?
