I think we are *for this round*. The -bis documents will take into
account the implementation experience that we're getting from you and
that we will get from others. We know what we have right now isn't 100%,
but we need to get these published so we can move on to the next stage
of this work. I think this document, as with most of the others, is
ready for that.
