Hi,

This is an automatic notification about a new idnits version, v2.16.05,
generated when doing 'make upload' for idnits.

Release notes:

idnits (2.16.05)
   * Added a page-joining exception, to avoid a paragraph split after
     in effect on the date of publication of this document. in boilerplate
     text.
   * Added code to handle the dd Mmm yyy date format, in addition to the
     legacy Mmm dd, yyyy format for document dates.
