This is MOSTLY a restructuring of the earlier draft.

I was overly busy this week getting ready for the ICAO Trust Framework
Panel meeting next week.

Since this draft is one of the subjects, I am working on a more
substantial draft by Monday morning.

Of course all help in writing is greatly appreciated.

And one of my tasks next week is to get public docs for the SBAS work to
post on github.

Bob

Abstract:

This document updates TESLA [RFC4082] to current cryptographic
methods leveraging the work done by the International Civil Aviation
Organization (ICAO) in their Global Navigation Satellite System
(GNSS) Satellite-based augmentation system (SBAS) authentication
protocol. The TESLA updates are to align to this and other current
best practices.
