Subject: Document updates

Gentlebeings,

I have just submitted the RIP-2 update for inclusion as an I-D. It
should be available early next week.

The MIB is partially updated. I have deprecated the domain, but the
question of unnumbered links has not been resolved. The two choices
are to use the interface index as a pseudo-IP address, or to do what
they did for OSPF. We need to reach a consensus ASAP.
