Hi,

We didn't used NS-3 simulator to evaluation SCReAM over LTE, we used our proprietary simulator.
However, I have looked into the NS-3 simulator and talked with the LTE module implementer of NS-3 (LUNA). My conclusion is, the draft can be realized in the NS-3 simulator.
