The RMCAT WG has placed draft-dt-rmcat-feedback-message in state
Candidate for WG Adoption (entered by Colin Perkins)

The document is available at

Comment:
It's expected that this will eventually form the common feedback format
for the RMCAT candidate algorithms. Not clear whether it should be
adopted as a work item of RMCAT, AVTEXT, or XRBLOCK, since the work
straddles all three groups.
