Craig,

I think there is a misunderstanding.  This is not the RSVP working
group of IETF pursuing this, but rather people at ISI (e.g. me).  In
any case, there are issues in running RSVP over internetworks with ATM
subnets and we are studying those issues.  We intend to feed back the
results of our work to the relevant IETF Working Groups.
