Thanks.  I was so pleased to hear the Forum reps at IETF say that the veil
of secrecy was to be lifted, that I didn't want to see action on this front
subside due to overwork etc.

It would seem to me that if the Forum changed their copyright boilerplate
to allow distribution without alteration and put their drafts online, we'd
be all set.
