This is a Working Group Last Call for draft-ietf-rolc-apr-00.txt, for
the purpose of publishing this I-D as an Informational RFC.  Please
send comments to the list.

The Last Call period will last for two weeks (plus a weekend, since
I'm sending this on Friday), and will end at 23:59:59 PST on Sunday
11/5/95.  Due to the clock change, you get an extra hour in the
process! :-)

At the conclusion of the period, the comments will be addressed, and
if necessary, a new revision of the I-D will be produced.  The I-D
will then be submitted from the WG to the Area Director.
