Folks,

  There does not seem to be an explicit statement about use of ATM subaddresses
in v4 of the nhrp doc.  RFC1700 does not seem to have an address type of E.164+NSAPA
where the NSAPA is the subaddress for example (structure 3 as seen in RFC1577 pg 13).  
This probably requires a change to rfc1700 page 91 to add to the "address family 
numbers" the following:

  Number 

  15          E.164 plus NSAPA for subaddress

This would then be coded as address type 15 and length=40.

  We could also add: subaddress family, subaddress length, and subaddress to 
NHRP messages.

I prefer the former.
