gee, i don't know what happened to it.  -00 expired in Sept 1995, i 
think, but does that mean that someone auto-deletes it?  or was i 
supposed to do something by then to keep it alive.  if i was supposed to 
do something, i didn't.

i am working on -01, but am not yet ready to put it into the i-d 
directory. by the end of next week i hope to be able to send it out to 
the group.
