Bogus Purges could be very bad things; consider the impact of a purge with a VERY
short prefix (either as a result of a destination prefix mask or as a result of a
short address length) - say one that matches all of your cache entries.  This could
be detrimental to system performance if received on a frequent basis - assuming no
effort is made to authenticate its origin...
