Jim,

In section 3 ("Deployment") you have a paragraph (7th one) that
is a little confusing given that we have adopted the fabric mode. What
does it mean when it suggests that static configuration may be required
where an NHS does not "contain ... routing protocol implementations" -
in the last sentence?

In the same section - first paragraph, last sentence - the
"source address" in the Next Hop Resolution Request is used to determine
where the Next Hop Resolution Reply is to be sent. Is this the source
protocol address, or the source NBMA address? Based on what Joel said
in his mail, it should probably be the source protocol address. Note
that this is implied in section 2.2 ("Protocol Overview").

The last paragraph in section 6.2.2 ("Dynamics of Cached Infor-
mation") says either too much or too little. Either the "dynamic routing
changes" that need to be addressed should be spelled out (I don't see the
connection between the previous pargraph and this one) or the paragraph
should be limited to stating that cache maintenance strategies are beyond
the scope of this specification.
