After Rahul's questions yesterday I reworked the text in section 6.2: 
This update is an attempt to clarify the text on RPL packets forwarding from and to RULs, as well as backward compatibility and the use of non-storing mode signaling.

Dear Chairs: I believe that the known issues are now solved and the doc is ready for WGLC. Could we please launch it now?
