Hello all,

I have just submitted two pull requests (#17 and #18) in relation to my
review of this draft. They should show  up in github.

The first (#17) contains a set of typos and expressions which I fixed as
part of reading the draft. It was easier for me directly modify the file
and commit it. You should be able to easily pick and choose what to
keep, of course.

The second (#18) contains comments on different parts of the draft, and
should be self-explanatory.

Overall, the draft, while extensive, is reasonably understandable. Some
parts which are not initially clear did clear up by the end of reading
it, so no complaints here.

I also proposed some aesthetic improvements to aid in comprehension.

Overall, from my point of view its in a very good state and quite mature.

I await any questions or feedback on the specifics.
