Dear all:

At the time the 6LoRH draft was adopted at 6lo and moved to ROLL, we removed the piece that was related to BIER-like BitStrings, which was not needed for RPL.

This new draft restores the capability to manipulate bitstrings in 6LoRH. It is relates to 6TiSCH and DetNet work, and is based on running code.

Cheers,

Pascal
