Hello Ines, 

I think the draft is ripe for last call. 

We have spent all the cycles in the 6lo WG and the work is done, upon validation of the ROLL team. Last call is an excellent way of validating that.

Could you please consider launching it? 6lo just did for the paging dispatch, and doing it now means that we can announce the result in Buenos Aires.
