#101: What purpose RIO/PIO serve in a P2P mode DIO?

Changes (by jpv@…):

 * status:  new => closed
 * resolution:   => fixed

Comment:

 RIO would advertize to the target(s) the origin's connectivity to the
 specified prefix. PIO serves same purpose in P2P-RPL as in core RPL,
 mainly it serves as a tool for address self-configuration.
