I have posted the update to RFC 1716 to internet-drafts@nri.reston.va.us;
I have also posted it for anonymous FTP. I know for certain that I have
done in some formatting, which I hope you will trust me to correct.
I have made many but not all of the proposed edits. There remains work to be done.
However, I think that there is enough progress on the draft to discuss the
edits done at the coming IETF meeting.
