Steve and Claudio

The internet draft of router requirements which
appeared in the repositories eariler today is
the version of RR which should be published as an
Historical RFC (i.e. the RFC which will permanently
capture the past's wisdom, lore, and knowledge).

Please consider this note as the formal request
for publication.

Also, if the document is approved for publication,
please inform the RFC Editor that the NROFF sources
are available and I will gladly furnish them to him
if it would make his job easier.
