Jon,

Would you publish the Internet Draft:
	draft-ietf-rreq-iprouters-require-01.txt
as an Historical RFC? I have spoken with Stev
Knowles and this is acceptable to him.

This document represent the work that the Router Requirements
working group did up to about 2 years ago. The current
incarnation of the working group wishes to have this document
published as an RFC in order to ensure that the work that went
into the document, and the 'knowledge' that it contains will
not be lost.

I can provide you with the NROFF source for the document, if you'd
like it. Let me know.

Thank you
