I'm about to post ftp://ftp.cisco.com/fred/rreq-01.txt (draft 2.01). I will
suggest that we take comments on that version, not 1.50. Frank pointed out
a number of formatting bloopers that make it pretty hard to read. I'll have
it up by tomorrow morning.
