Hi Jay,

Thanks for starting this discussion. Given there us no RSWG, I also don’t think having the first meeting is super urgent. My plan was to convene that around or during the next IETF meeting. I don’t think Colin is necessarily planning to come but all others might (and maybe even some people from RSOC for the handover), so it might be nice to just meeting in person. Please stay tuned, as I din’t have much time yet work on that!
