After reviewing the messages posted to the mailing list related to the =
MTI (Mandatory To Implement) codec discussion since Hawaii (~300+), it =
is my judgement as chair that no unaddressed issues remain, so the call =
of rough consensus for the proposed =93compromise=94 text made during =
the 2nd session of the RTCweb WG in Hawaii is confirmed.  Note that the =
text currently in section 5 of draft-ietf-rtcweb-video-03 reflects this =
consensus.

Thanks to everyone for the robust discussion.  Hopefully this will clear =
the way for us to make progress on our remaining milestones.
