You started the "TCP over ICE" subject... XD

Agreed. ICE is already well defined for RTP and RTCP usages. The only
"remaining" problem is that the DTLS-SRTP RFC talks about 5-tuples
while it is clear that the virtual transport (to be) defined by ICE
also fits DTLS(-SRTP) requirements.
