Hi,

I don't think there is a consensus on codec requirements. There are other
individual drafts also discussing the rtcweb codecs :
First, this old draft

and
also this draft
http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-kaplan-rtcweb-sip-interworking-requirements-00
that
I fully support by the way.
