interested working group participants some extra time in high-bandwidth
discussions while we hash out the signaling proposals that have circulated
on the list.  I expect discussion will include ROAP as well as either a
proposal from Hadriel and/or Wolfgang Beck's alt-ic draft.

This is not an interim meeting, and no decisions will be taken on this call;
it has no special status over any other discussions.
