Why isn't RFC 4568 sufficient?  This worked perfectly well in the
versions of Chrome that I tested almost a year ago.  There's a little
specification work to do with respect to what a browser generates for
output and permits as input through the API, but that's true of
virtually all SDP parameters already, so this isn't particularly
special.
