I thought that the current assumption was that if you add a stream,
then the offer that you generate was marked a=sendrecv, unless you
have an explicit OfferToReceiveVideo set to false/0.

Or is it the case that an offer for a new m= section on an existing
session is different to an initial offer?

I'd prefer to keep this consistent.

Oh, and what was that BUNDLE question Justin?
