Stefan and WG,

We WG chairs can't forbid people to state new things. However, our
message was a public prodding of everyone, including Google, that please
ensure that you have provided material prior to the discussion. We think
that in the interest of fairness and openness that any significant
contribution should be made before the actual discussion in the WG.

I think the below is a vary valid observation and I hope someone from
Google, like Serge can comment if any additional material will be
forthcoming. And if it will, then I request that it is provided ASAP so
that people can analyze any such information.
