I think that the work is valuable and useful.

However, I have concerns about how priorities are communicated to the browser.

I know that this introduces an interesting case of where the
artificial division of labour between rtcweb and WebRTC breaks down,
but the recent ruling in the W3C implies that this would require SDP
work (unless there is something that I missed).  That would then imply
that this (new) work doesn't fit the rtweb charter and should go to
MMUSIC.

Did I miss a detail?
