Hi Cullen and all

If time is permitted, I suggest in JSEP part we can discuss the Rehydration scenario.
I have an alternative approach in draft-li-rtcweb-ice-page-reload-02, which suggests
to re-use the old connection to recovery the session. Also I see that in the JSEP-02, it also
indicate an open issue for the Rehydration scenario, so I think it is worth to discuss it during
the meeting. I can provide some slides for it if needed.

Commends for my approach are also welcomed.

Regards
shitao
