I didn't mean that it is a flaw to be discussing this in the context of 
RTCWEB.

What I meant is that it is a flaw that the more general nature of this 
as an aspect of multipath transports hasn't been noticed. (Or maybe it 
has, and I'm just not well informed. I don't follow the transport area.)
