Unless I am being blind or lacking sufficient coffee, there is a problem:

"For the definitions of "WebRTC Brower," "WebRTC Non-Browser", and

Except I can’t find the text “non-browser” in the referenced document.  (And I don’t formally know what a Brower is either :-( [typo]).

If it means WebRTC Device, then this sentence comes into play

"All WebRTC browsers (UAs) are WebRTC devices, so any requirement on a
   WebRTC device also applies to a WebRTC browser.”
