I should have read this before security-arch, because it mentions the need to remove persistent identifiers. It probably needs to be a little more specific than it is though. I also note a typo: s/Gmail/email/ (let the RFC editor add hyphens or capitalization or whatever, I can never work out how to type that one) Otherwise, the changes look OK to me.
