With my chair hat on here…. this work clearly needs to change some stuff in RFC 5245 (the ICE spec) which was done in mmusic WG. So I think the default location for updating it is probably the mmusic WG. I'll ping the AD's and chairs but I think unless we here something different, mmusic is the place for this.
