WG,

The new mailing list is a non-wg mailing list. It will be a good place
to discuss and resolve issues around any proposal. The outcome of such
discussion in form of documents still needs to be handled through the WG
process. Which WG that is will depended on the content of a particular
document. Clearly documents that falls within this WG's charter will be
handled here.
