I mean I'm fine with "SHOULD do PLC", but unless you specify the
minimum performance, it becomes meaningless. As for AEC, it's not
clearly stated in the current version draft, but as far as I'm
concerned, the minimum performance is "keep return gain below unity".
Of course, it's still nice to be better than that...
