I think you missed my point. That is the list for patents owned by the 
_licensors_. It does not appear to include any patents held by 
licensees, which are supposedly available via those licensees' 
reciprocal licenses.

Well, Rob was the one who brought up the MPEG LA. But I won't argue with 
you on this point.
