On reconsidering this timeline, I feel that it is more realistic to 
expect 15 mins of presentations for VP8 followed by 15 mins of 
clarifying questions (not on the decision to be made, but in order to 
make sure everyone has a common understanding of what the VP8 
presentations were saying.

We will, however, live with what the chairs decide on time division.
