This version clarifies that RTP retransmission has to be supported in both session and SSRC multiplexed mode (i.e., non-BUNDLE and BUNDLE modes). The aim is to make what I believe is the consensus clear in the draft. If this is not the consensus of the group, then we can update this draft.
