Yes, I rather consider the "agent" the remote end-point of the user such 
that presence of "user" and "agent" is not the same. The assumption they 
are the same is not practical, yet we've worked around it.

The "User-Agent:" field is that cart, yet where/when did that ever 
really explain the horse (be at...)?

(...I'm "avoiding" multi-headed discussion here in hopes to find clarity 
with SDP and spoken-for JS API).
