Cullen,

As you mentioned in another mail thread, the discussion is about mapping
UPDATE with SDP just after reliable 18x with SDP in JSEP PRANSWER state.
Hope you agree that PRANSWER does not address UPDATE with SDP (OFFER from
remote) in the early dialog scenario.

I agree - but it's not ok after a normal 180
